We left Inverness on the slow train to Kyle of Lochalsh. It took about 2 1/2 hours before we finally arrived.
I was told dogs are not allowed on any seat on the Scotsrail and must be on the floor. Even though I was sitting on Mummy’s jacket, the conductor said it’s also the back of the seat. So Mummy told him – well, the floor is too dirty for her and she will sit on my lap! So even though I would have willingly gone on the floor – snoop and find tidbits, I had to sit on Mummy’s lap all the way!
But I did look out the window and saw skinny sheep and even llamas. It was wet outside – so different from yesterday.
We then arrived at Kyle of Lochalsh and took a taxi to Duisdale House.
