As things were easing up a bit in the UK, we have carefully orchestrated our meet-ups.
For a long while it was just me, George and Mum going for walkies.

Wondering where everyone was.

As things started to ease, we met with one other friend staying socially distant out in the park.

Then we were four but one hooman aka Mum …

Then we met with three hoomans and we were five!

And as lockdown was easing, our group of doodle friends who were planning to go to the Isle of Wight back in May thought it might be ok to finally meet up for walkies.

This Covid virus is still lingering and not going away any time soon. There have been spikes happening everywhere. We made sure we stayed within the new guideline – Rule of Six.

And starting today, hoomans must wear face masks whenever they’re indoors or sitting close to each other like this …

Can never be too careful, hoomans! That’s why we haven’t reinstated our Hyde Park Doodle Meets. We have no idea when we will be able to meet in large groups for awhile.
May’s comment: Sadly, this is how it will be for the foreseeable future as long as people keep forgetting there’s a virus and it keeps spreading.

Stay safe, stay distant, stay alert – we must get through this. We cannot afford another lockdown.

Yes, we go to the dog park in our town in North Carolina, keeping social distanced and masked up to let the pups enjoy their time together ❤ !
