Stanley invited us for a play date at his house. We, as in me, George, Charlie and Jaffa arrived in a flurry!
I think we overwhelmed Stanley with our presence.
As Georgie nibbled his ear!
Stanley ran off into the garden and we all followed him.
He watched us crazy dogs play
He and Jaffa played well together
While Charlie barked a lot and so did Georgie
They chased
And had quiet times while Charlie was doing all sorts of funny things
At times it was too much for Stanley
And went to sit on his daddy’s lap.
Where was I in all these activities – you ask …
Well, you see – Annie brought out the goodies
And a bowl of doggy treats as well!
I tried all different angles to get to the treats
But couldn’t get close to any of them.
Bummer!
May’s comment: Met Andrew, Annie and Stanley through the Hyde Park meets. Another example of how our dogs have brought people I would never have met otherwise into our lives.
