The French are Here!

IMG_0229

Bonjour! Did you know that London is the sixth largest French city – after …

  • Paris – 2.3m
  • Marseille – 859,000
  • Lyon – 488,000
  • Toulouse – 447,000
  • Nice – 344,000
  • London – guestimate: 300,000-400,000*

With most of them in Chelsea/South Kensington, we have the benefits – La Pascalou! A French market, and being French, I am welcomed to shop there.

May’s comments: Even though there are M&S, Sainsbury, Waitrose and Tesco all nearby – sometimes it is just so much more convenient and safer when I am walking Darcy to stop by at La Pascalou and pick up anything I need without having to leave Darcy tied up outside. Never a question asked, only Bonjour! The French – they like dogs, we love them!  Come to think of it we haven’t found a French restaurant that allow dogs inside. Le Colombier allow dogs in the enclosed outside area which is good enough.
