The last time I went to London Heathrow was for my flight to New York City.
But last evening, I along with Little Tyke, Mini Tyke and their Mummy went to meet their Daddy at Heathrow. I wasn’t going to be left behind though technically I am not allowed inside the terminals.
So that’s why I’m in a bag. Not just any bag, it’s THE bag! It wasn’t bought in any pet shop or custom made in anyway. It’s a raffia tote bag that Mummy bought when she was in Costa Rica – made of recycled material – and it has served me well – it’s very strong to carry my weight – but poor Mummy’s shoulder! She needs a massage after this.
I was so excited to see Little Tyke’s Daddy who is also my godfather that I leapt out of the bag in excitement!
This is what happens when we ask someone to take a photo of the happy group – the photographer’s finger is all over the photo! Seriously!
May’s comment: I use it whenever I need to have Darcy in a “container” – she goes into the bag willingly because she knows that she’s going somewhere with me – and she avoids any escalators! She sits quietly, her head looking out at the world going by. I always get astonished looks and then see those faces break into a big smile!

Where did you buy this “container” ? It’s a brilliant idea! We need it too!
I got it in Costa Rica – it’s made of really strong raffia so it can hold her weight.
She is such a good girl!
Thank you! 🙂
Is there anywhere Darcy can ‘t go?
Yes, too many other places like Peter Jones and Fortnum and Mason and etc, etc, etc. But we keep trying. 🙂
Miss Darcy is one smart little girl! I wish she would have a word with Sealea Blue ….. Who just will NOT sit in her bag! And I bought her Mummy such a smart one! Maybe it just does not feel firm enough however …. Yours does look very sturdy….xx
Hi Maggie, it’s only a tote bag that Mummy bought when she was in Costa Rica. She uses it because it is big enough for me to sit in it and it’s also very sturdy!
