We went to Sandbanks for a run on the beach. Well, it wasn’t as we planned.
This was us walking along the promenade to lunch at Jazz Cafe
At Jazz’s we met 18 week old Ethel
Mummy didn’t know what she should be wearing – looked like a total mismatch of shorts, Birkenstock and an anorak in the middle of July. It must be summer in the UK.
When we got back to the hotel, we knew we were going to need a bath
We were hiding …
But Mummy always wins in these situations
We all had a bath – Mummy included because by the time she washed us she was half wet herself! LOL!
Then we stood in line for our blowdrying.
George gets all shivery after a bath – and he looks forward to being blown dry.
After all that, we were knackered and spent the rest of the afternoon napping –
while Mummy watched the Wimbledon Men’s Finals!
Congratulations, Djoko! Don’t mind us napping while you were hitting balls for almost four hours!
May’s comment: What a fabulous match to watch – especially when there’s no preference of one over the other – and did not matter who won. It wasn’t the result for the romantic, but Djokovic is a brilliant player and we’re happy!
