#TongueOutTuesday

IMG_6960

It’s hashtag Tongue out Tuesday – the day we don’t get into trouble for sticking out our tongues.

If you’re on Instagram, especially the pet-related ones, you’ve probably noticed #tongueouttuesday or #tot – abbreviated.

On Tuesdays, we are allowed to stick out our tongues. It’s not rude, our tongues are allowed to let loose!!!!  After all we do use our tongues to tell you we love you!

Sometimes we stick out our tongues because we were hot! It does happen even in England! Sometimes we were collectively hot. Sometimes its because we’re happy. We’ve done #tot in Paris. And in Venice. It’s very international.

Ahhh, and always when tempted by food. This is George’s version – yup! He’s got a long tongue too!At other times, it was simply a morning yawn.Or – just happy!
This was taken at my third birthday when ten of my friends came to my party!

So altogether now, it’s Tongue out Tuesday!

May’s comment: Still learning about internet memes of social media, especially on Instagram.  Did you know there’s also #mondaymotivation #winewednesday #throwbackthursday and #fridayfeeling? I guess even social media takes a rest at the weekends. I am sure someone will correct me on this. LOL!

Wikipedia: An Internet meme is an activity, concept, catchphrase, or piece of media that spreads, often as mimicry or for humorous purposes, from person to person via the Internet. An Internet meme may take the form of an image, hyperlink, video, website, or hashtag.
