Nothing much to this blog post except something to make you laugh!
As you remember during lockdown, my fringe grew incredibly long that it reminded Mum of Marianne Sheridan of Normal People.

So whilst twiddling her thumbs sometimes during the lockdown, her mind went a little stir-crazy – for surely George needed a chain – Connell Waldron’s “unadorned silver neckchain he’s had since school.” LOL! And searching through Etsy, she sure did find actually a rather lovely chain for dogs. Not exactly subdued like Connell’s chain because it would be completely lost on George, but this chunk of gold!

Now doesn’t he look as delicious as Connell?

Sex-bomb George!

May’s comment: After having written mostly about things we did at lockdown for the past three months, I thought to start moving away from it. But in the end, Normal People will be one of those things we will, or at least I will remember when we think back to these times. A series about first love, teenage love, consensual sex, heartache and delving into darker issues of mental health and their insecurities that confronts the characters as they grow up. The subjects and the inadequacies of the characters were relatable. It consumed my nights watching the series back to back and then following it again as it was aired on BBC.
During lockdown Darcy’s fringe had it’s own mind – and it reminded me of Marianne’s much talked about fringe that has its own Instagram account, in fact two.

After I took a photo of her with the book, I thought surely, George needed a Connell’s chain. So I searched the internet but knew a subdued chain would be lost on furry George and found something on Etsy.

I think he actually looks good with it! LOL!
As the world obsessed about Normal People and last year’s Fleabag‘s sexy priest, they came up with this sketch for Comic Relief …
