Because I am not ready!!!!
She loves little Charlie – who lives close to us. So she borrows him now and then to see what it’s like to have three.
It is perfectly fine when it’s just me and George, or me and Charlie for that matter.
But when there are two other monkeys in our house – it is absolutely chaotic!
The other day, in addition to those two monkeys, Barney and Nelly (the Windsors) came to visit. There were five of us in a London flat!
I can’t deal with the craziness! Me and Barney, who’s five, we both sat and watched the young ones get on with it.
They were fighting over MY favourite teddy till I went and took it away from them. I put it high up on the sofa and went to sit next to Emma for some support.
That George, he was flirting with Nelly all evening!
Even Charlie had to take a breather.
Things eventually quietened down – and we all retired.
Nelly.
George.
Barney.
And Charlie.
As crazy as they were – all of them behaved themselves – not one accident.
I must say – it was very, very brave of Mummy to have five dogs in her flat all at once. I was more bothered by it than she was.
May’s comment: Don’t worry Darcy, having a third is just a fantasy for now. Our living situation will have to change significantly before there’s room for a third. The heart is ready. The head says – not yet! Because it could be suicidal! LOL!
Will just have Charlie come play!
