It was late into the night … or rather early in the morning when I awoke to howling! What’s the matter, Mummy? Are you OK?
She was fine – she was “singing” along with Lady Gaga in her tribute to “The Sound of Music”
But Georgie, he was not in the least bothered.
The show just went on and on. We took no notice except Mummy told us that Larry, the dog got mentioned in the thank you speech for The Birdman’s win for Best Original Screenplay.
May’s comment: The Sound of Music was 50 years ago?!?!!? One of my favourite parts of the show.
Enjoyed watching the Academy Awards. Hurrah for Eddie Redmayne!
