Well, this is what I had … Honey’s Real Dog food and some Perrito chicken filets. And Mummy? She went out for a long time …
May’s comment: Being at a place with a one Michelin star restaurant, one can’t help but indulge. Marcello Tully is the resident head chef and everything was just exquisite. Sorry, Darcy that you could not join me.
The hor d’oeuvre were – R to L: salmon and beetroot, cherry wrapped in black pudding with rice crisps and a glass of olive with orange, carrot and basil espuma
Roast omato with black olive soup served with bread with an offering of anchovy or garlic and chili butter – both equally delicious.
Kinloch home cured organic salmon, beetroot espuma and dill dressing
Mallaig hake and monkfish wrapped in Parma ham in lime and coconut sauce
Fillet of Mallaig sea bream, caper pesto, Drumfearn mussels, cucumber and shallot dressing
Vanilla creme fraiche panna cotta, raspberry sauce and champagne sorbet

May, you really need to organize a MIBS (and pets) reunion. I’ll even borrow a Percheron to make the walks really interesting.
