“It’s good for Stanley”

IMG_3935

This is a normal day in the life with Stanley and family.

The first thing we do in the morning is have a run in the garden.  Then breakfast before we take walks (as in plural) in the parks during the day …

Yesterday we walked along the river all the way from Fulham to Barnes – it was a long walk and I was running off lead.IMG_1036 (1) Stanley and I ran up and down the banks of the riverIMG_1038 (1)Finally – paved walkways … we must be at BarnesIMG_1041 Annie and Andrew needed nourishment after that long walk.  Andrew had a whole a sausage roll all by himself … ahem! And what about us pooches?IMG_1040They gave us ONE crisp between Stanley and I and then we had to walk all the way back to Fulham!!! Mummy – note those muddy paws 🙂

No wonder we were knackered and starved!!!!IMG_0608 So what about our supper?IMG_1070 (1)After both pooches and humans have all eaten, we sat around and as we talked about the day’s events I got cuddles from Annie …IMG_1033And snuggled with Andrew – loving all the loving! 🙂IMG_1034And then it’s off to bed – I rather like sleeping between Annie and Andrew. Feels rather comfy to snuggle between two warm bodies.

Don’t worry Mummy, I am just taking it all in because I know we do things differently and I am rather enjoying all this. And besides, Annie and Andrew thinks – “it’s good for Stanley”.  He’s an only-dog and he needs to learn to share the affection. So really I am helping them out. 🙂

May’s comment: Where’s Stanley in all of this?IMG_4345There you are!!!IMG_3935
