We are pleased to announce The Big Woof – a pawesome weekend of fun in Coal Drops Yard, King’s Cross on 26th and 27th August.
The Big Woof is to celebrate National Dog Day and the amazing dog friendly area that is King’s Cross. The action will take place across Coal Drops Yard and Granary Square which is a large, traffic free area where doggies can explore all the activities safely.
Across the August Bank Holiday Weekend there will be a paw-some weekend of events for dogs and their humans from 11am to 6pm, including:
🐾 A Canopy Market takeover by The Four Legged Foodies, welcoming a host of stylish doggy apparel and treat brands.
Food and treats: Brian Recommends, Caboodle, Enzos Pet Pantry, Nuts for Pets, Talulah Eats, ByBenji.
Leads, Collars, Accessories: Bew Dogs, The DD Co., Doggy Squad, Eddgy, Flossie and Floof, Hearts and Hounds, Hiro + Wolf, Salvatore Paws, The Sociable Pup Co, Tails and Bloom, Westley.
Grooming products: The Furr Collective.
🐾 A doggy art exhibition in The Crossing where people can buy dog-related art and where artists will take commissions to paint the public’s pooches.
You can peruse a collection of art and photography dedicated to pooches from DogsDogsCatsDogs, Kitty Draws, Pawtrait Gallery, and Woof Portraits.
Along with embroidery by Hoop n Loop, live sketching by Stephanie Howard and Sophie Stock and pop-up photography studios by Pawtiqe and The London Dog Photographer.
🐾 Dog shows with categories including ‘waggiest tail’ and ‘best party trick’.
Amazing prizes for the winners – including a photography session with Raven Imagery, a personalised illustration by DogsDogsCatsDogs, spa day at Urban Mutts, and a few others!
🐾 Dog trick training tips sessions in Coal Drops Yard from award-winning dogs Mr Darcy and Bailey and their owners.
🐾 Dog tarot card reading or hear what your dog have to tell you.
Connect on another level with your pooch with the help of our animal communicator and tarot card readers.
🐾 A Snuggle Fest pop-up by YapYap
Get your fix of doggie cuddles at the Snuggle Fest presented by YapYap.
🐾 A two-day dog health and wellness event hosted by Urban Mutts Dog Club, Hotel and Spa
🐾 Over in the Samsung concept store, we will have informative presentations.
Talks by Galen Myotherapy, Hearts and Hounds and Talulah Eats. Where the humans can learn all about looking after our posture, keeping us groomed and nutrition.

The area has an abundance of dog friendly restaurants for lunch and plenty of green spaces to take a break from the action.
The main aim of The Big Woof is for all pooches and their humans to have fun!
