3D’s in Monaco!

Yup, that’s Daisy, Dolly and me with Mum!

Mum had spent last evening with Daisy and Dolly in Bordighera.

This morning they were wondering where they were going with Mum in their car.

And then they saw Mum running off – and returning to the car with me!

From that moment, there was no stopping. We had a packed day ahead. But before anything else, I needed to go to the vet to already prepare for my return to the UK.

Rather unusual for Mum to have a salad for a main course – so I had some greens today but it was yummy!

There’s still a bit more on the plate.

Not all restaurants in Monaco are dog-friendly. Juli had to call a few to find one.

But it was time to leave – and we ventured into one of the many “underworlds” of Monaco – huge, expansive car parks.

Juli drove us to St. Paul de Vence to begin Mum’s birthday weekend.

We checked into Le Saint Paul for one night before we move into our special place tomorrow.

May’s comment:

After a dog-free evening, well, as in without my dogs – as I was having fun with Daisy and Dolly, we were reunited. It was a quick stop over in Monaco to meet up with friends from Dusseldorf for lunch at Avenue 31.

And then onto the birthday weekend celebrations in St. Paul de Vence.

And so the weekend begins …
