Dearest Mummy,
Thought I should send you a quick message. I am so very happy staying with Annie, Andrew and my very good friend Stanley. We have had such fun.
I have had two long walks every day which I love.
We are in the garden as and when we want to and Stanley has shown me how to drink out of the pond. Such fun as I copy him. After supper we play in the garden together, Stanley is quite gentle with me. 
Being bigger it could have caused problems but NO we just love each other.
Hope your trip is going really well. Miss you Mummy but at least you know I’m happy, lots of kisses and cuddles from Annie and Andrew and loving being cool at night.

We have loved having George to stay, he has been such a good boy and George and Stanley get on so well, they sleep on our bed but they have to touch each other, very sweet.
Also good for Stanley as he has to share, even George has picked up Stanley’s habit of playing with his toys after supper and think he rather enjoys the treats.
Darcy and George sleep on my bed but at different ends – she sleeps by my pillow and he behind my knees! Maybe Stanley is comforting him. Sweet Stanley. Wonder if he will miss George or glad to have his space back.
George and Stanley look so cute sleeping together, being sure to touch each other as friends or for security. What good friends!
