A Colourful Meet-up!

In the spirit of PRIDE month, we ran a little competition for the best dressed pup – and the winner …

There were lots of other pooches in colourful outfits!

The weather was just about perfect, not too hot (unlike the day before) so the hoomans were chilled.

But there was a lot of activities amongst the poos!

Gotcha!!!

For one second before Oscar was rolling around again.

And we had to do our comparison photo – we’ve done this at every meet.

But we would all stop for treats!

Maybe even attack for treats!!!

Treats? Did you say treats?

And I am there!!! Always front row ready!

I know there are treats in that bag!

We had so many newbies today!

And Little Tyke was there – not a newbie at all. He came every to our meet every Summer since he was three – except for last year.

This group photo was taken just after 11.30am – there were about 30 doods!

Soon after that another 16 doods came along!!!! We were 46 in total on a beautiful summer’s day meet-up!

And for the next Hyde Park Doodle Meet, we are going to attempt a picnic! When we suggested that, this was Ruby’s reaction!

May’s comment: Maybe it was the weather, maybe it was just a lot of cute puppies and cute poos – it was such a lovely meet-up! Humans and pooches were all chilled and happy.

Next month we will attempt a July picnic – weather permitting. Will announce closer to the date – 28 July.
