Woo Hoo!!! Another day, another beach! Today we went to Wells-next-the-Sea …
And when our hoomans were not fast enough, we ran up to find them!
And I had an urge! An urge to play in the sea!
And I then had an urge to roll in the sand!
And I wasn’t the only one.
So what are you looking at?It’s just me – being a bit wet.And having a good run aroundAll too soon after that the hoomans wanted to take photos of us – Barnaby looking pristine, er …Except his muzzle had a WILD time!!!
See how much smaller I look when wet next to B!As for Lola – she was showing me up!She was walking to heel, she never got wet – at most she wandered a few feet away from her mum.And then there was me –But I had the best day ever!
As for George, he had another good day too.He went his own way most of the timeBut I was never far from him – just making sure he was ok. I always urged him to play but he rather explore on his own – not sure what he was looking for. Just a little guy in a big world.
The most important message from this blog post – Mum was cool about it! I think as long as I wasn’t going straight home and sleeping in our bed – she was fine about it. LOL!May’s comment: It must have been that trip to the Isle of Wight when she saw how much fun Paddington was having in the water that she decided to be Paddington on this trip. This is the most she has been in the water – and oh Lord! She loves, loves, loves rolling in the sand. And yes, Darcy, I might have surprised you by letting you be wild, but I LOVED that you were being a dog. The beach at Wells-next-the-Sea is mostly dog friendly year round – except for one part of the beach.
