A Bella Notte moment

IMG_2249

With a little nudge, we have been back dining out in the neighbourhood.

Revisiting the familiar Maze Grill, Mum wanted a hamburger

50 Cheyne is also back and we went to have brunch with Yuuna.

I am back!!!!

And since Covid, we found two new dog-friendly restaurants in our neighbourhood to add to all the others.

Let us tell you about Mucci’s Ristoranted Italiana

… serving fab pizza and Italian small dishes called cicchetti.

And the newly opened Be-stro, a French bistro on King’s Road

Where we ordered an Italian pasta dish – spaghetti! LOL! Mum shared a few strands of it with me and we had a Bella Notte moment …

Who’s the Lady and who’s the Tramp?

Hmmm. Not sure about that. Surely I am The Lady but Mum’s not the Tramp. And I’m not The Tramp. Gotta think of something else …

May’s comment: We’re back dining out, selectively – and have noticed how some of the restaurants have dividers between tables, and in others it’s every other table.

Happy to find two new dog-friendly restaurants in our neighbourhood.

Mucci’s is a classic Italian restaurant at 442 King’s Rd, Chelsea, London SW10 0LQ

We found it towards the end of lockdown – see Darcy’s hair, when they were having take-outs.

Be-Stro on 386 King’s Rd, Chelsea, London SW3 5UZ is a modern French opened a week before lockdown and now has re-opened. The previous steakhouse was not dog-friendly but they are now.

Sadly, it seems, some of the restaurants on our street have gone due to the COVID-19 Lockdown. We will wait a little while before we update our list.

  1. I love the spaghetti moment. Some great restaurants there. I need to arrange a visit to the Chelsea Hospital to see my uncle when it’s safe. I will visit one of these places x

  2. Isn’t so nice to get out, go somewhere and dine out! It’s such a treat! I’m glad you are able to stretch all of your legs and checkout new restaurants!
