Celebrations in a dog-friendly Indian restaurant

IMG_1340

And so as we found our first dog-friendly Indian restaurant the choral group sang woof woof woof woof to Julie!

When it is one of our hooman’s birthday, we will celebrate!!! This time it was Barnaby’s mum so we dined at a new Indian restaurant.

Happy Birthday Julie!

The restaurant was called – Cinnamon at Battersea Power Station –

and the hoomans had well-spiced Indian food.
Hmmm, not my kind of food.

Our choral group sang –
“Woof woof woof woof to you
Woof woof woof woof to you
Woof woof woof woof to Julie!
Woof woof woof woof to you!”
Where’s George?
There he is! Snaggle tooth and all!

May’s comment:

We celebrated Julie’s birthday with a lunch at Cinnamon Kitchen – the first dog-friendly Indian restaurant we have found. We are always looking for another so if you know of one – we would love to hear from you.

Cinnamon Kitchen Battersea serves delicious inventive modern Indian cuisine in a sleek, urban-themed setting at Battersea Power Station. Finally we have added Indian to our list of dog-friendly restaurants in London which is so exciting! Located at 4 Arches Lane Battersea Power Station SW11 8AB

  1. Dishoom is for the outside seating. We’ve been to the shoreditch location.

Darjeeling express is for well behaved dogs. Tables are close together so smallish dogs are better. And might depend on who’s working that day. Don’t know if they have an official policy.

    1. Thanks for sharing. We only consider them to be truly dog-friendly only if they allow dogs inside. Will check out Darjeeling Express.

  2. Aww Miss D , George and all your poo friends and your Hoomans you really do make my day .
