No Children Allowed

IMG_2056

Did I read that correctly?  It says dogs – yes, children, prams and buggies – no!

This is The Two Brewers in Windsor – a pub just outside the Long Park where we had walked earlier.IMG_2073This is hilarious!
IMG_2053Hooray! Someone recognises that we are usually better behaved than those little humans on two feet.IMG_2055And the pub is always FULL!  Reservations required.

We were a bit tired after our run. This is Nelly who needed a little cuddle from her Mummy.IMG_2061 And this is Barney – he too was a bit knackered.IMG_2066There was this poster in the bar and thought it was about us – we are D&G – but it turned out to be an ad for Dog & Groom of Windsor!IMG_2069 They do have a sense of humour these pub owners. They left the bowl of water for us just at this signage.IMG_2052As we made our way back to the train station we saw someone we thought we recognised in a phone booth …IMG_2086Well, hello Kate! IMG_2084May’s comment: How refreshing is this pub?!?!? Love it!

  1. Fabulous place……. I’d have to leave billy outside tied to the post with Ralph & Ruby’s lead!! 🙂
Nelly looks very cute, nice to see George sticking to the drinking rules!
And wow…. How amazing is that phone box – it must be the most photographed phone box in the uk??
What’s the story with it may?
