Thinking of Milo

Been thinking about you lately because it was coming up to the first anniversary … when you left us.

We think about you ever so often – always with a regret that we never met up again … too busy with too many other things. And then it was too late. They say, never regret, accept things and move on. Well, in this instance I am sorry we didn’t.

But how are you? How is it over there at Rainbow Bridge? Are you chasing squirrels and skipping through fields of daffodils? Are you exchanging stories about your hoomans? I bet you miss your family.  They sure miss you. And so do I. And Mummy too. We think about you on our birthdays and we think about you today.

Love you, Milo. Thanks for being my brother.

May’s comment:  A year ago today, we received the sad news of Milo passing after being very ill.

Milo had a tumour in his parathyroid gland.  It’s a difficult condition to determine unless you are specifically looking for it – and by the time they did, it was too late. Afraid that it might be hereditary, I have Darcy’s bloods checked every year.

Thinking of you Paula and family. I am sure this is not going to be an easy day for you. But we are with you in spirit and thinking about Milo too. Lots of love.
