Human Sandwich

IMG_1953

Since the Tykes left last week, our lives have taken on a whole different routine. For one, we have more of Mummy! Yay!

We had a lot go together time – all three of us.  We went for walks in the parks Looked at other wildlifeWe met with friends Found more dog-friendly placesDiscovered new placesAnd in the process Mummy even found something she had been looking for!Yup! That looks about right for the Christmas panettone.Christmas? Yes, indeed. When the Tykes left, it was as if it signalled the end of summer.

It wasn’t all about running around. We spent a lot of time at home – In fact many hours in front of the telly.  Mummy was the human sandwich in many instances!

We woke up each morning, George on one sideAnd I on the other. We enjoyed our waking up as much as snoozing togetherIt was very much the three of us …We followed her everywhere. We miss the Tykes but life goes on. And we’ll do it together.

May’s comment: Nothing better to beat the blues than to just get on with life. Started a new interiors project, new business presentations, meeting up with friends and bingeing on Netflix! LOL!I think we’re back … for more adventures.
