Mummy and I took a bus to Putney and then a train to Mortlake to meet Vinny for lunch.
It was a long way to go but that is because Sara had come all the way from North Yorkshire and we were meeting her along with Vinny and his mummy.
Sara met us at the train station and drove us to The Plough – we were told it’s very dog friendly and good food!
Even before we got inside, there were indications that it is indeed dog-friendly.
Not one but two dog bowls by the gate! And one by the door beneath the “plough”!
Once inside there were dogs!
And more dogs!
And even little furry ones
And see what they brought – pig’s ears!!!!! Wow!
Took me awhile to chew it all up!
We even had an option – if we didn’t like pig’s ears we could have a dentastix!
Are you kidding me?!?!?!
And the humans had a nice lunch.
Then it was time to leave to get back to the city for George – Mummy said she couldn’t take the two of us on the bus and train with a big box of donations from friends for West Yorkshire Rescue.
Well, that was a fun day! See you again Vinny!
