A long way to go for lunch with Vinny

IMG_6999

Mummy and I took a bus to Putney and then a train to Mortlake to meet Vinny for lunch.IMG_7005It was a long way to go but that is because Sara had come all the way from North Yorkshire and we were meeting her along with Vinny and his mummy. IMG_6997Sara met us at the train station and drove us to The Plough – we were told it’s very dog friendly and good food!IMG_6991Even before we got inside, there were indications that it is indeed dog-friendly.
IMG_6990Not one but two dog bowls by the gate! And one by the door beneath the “plough”!IMG_6988 Once inside there were dogs!IMG_6971 And more dogs!IMG_6978And even little furry ones IMG_6983 And see what they brought – pig’s ears!!!!! Wow!IMG_6945Took me awhile to chew it all up! IMG_6951We even had an option – if we didn’t like pig’s ears we could have a dentastix! IMG_6961Are you kidding me?!?!?!

And the humans had a nice lunch.IMG_6964IMG_6962Then it was time to leave to get back to the city for George – Mummy said she couldn’t take the two of us on the bus and train with a big box of donations from friends for West Yorkshire Rescue.  IMG_7003Well, that was a fun day! See you again Vinny!
