Luncheon up north

IMG_4921

Summer must be approaching – there are dog shows every weekend.  Yesterday we went to the Great Hampstead Barkoff Day in aid of All Dogs Matter – a dog rescue and rehoming centre for London and Norfolk.IMG_4896 There were dog-themed cakes made in aid of charity.IMG_4900 IMG_4908There were dogs of all sorts. IMG_4903 Even furry pony sized ones!IMG_4917 Inevitably we find the cockapoos! There were lots that passed us along the way – but we got talking to Lulu and hoping she will come to our Hyde Park meets.IMG_4914There were many people about – some not so clever having lunch on the lawn with dogs running around – especially ones like me (and Rusty) who will always attempt to steal food.IMG_4912 So Mummy thought we better leave.  We along with Lucca and Rusty went to Primrose Hill for a pub lunch at The Queen’s.IMG_4935Happy us – altogether!IMG_4927But our day’s adventures did not end there!

When we all got into Lucca’s car to go home – it suddenly died in the middle of the street!

Lucca said – “The bloody car just died. Looks like we’ll have to leg it.”  unnamed-103George and I looked at him thinking – You’re kidding us! All the way to south-west London?!?!??!  We love our walks but not that long a walk.

Thankfully the car miraculously re-started and we made it back home. Phew!
