Malibu with Bennett

I had a close encounter with a squirrel this morning. He stared at me and I stared at him – Mum holding onto my leash very tightly.

Mum was actually nervous … she thought the squirrel might jump on my head.

She yanked me away – saying we must go – Bennett is waiting for us.

We caught sight of the ocean when we went onto the PCH – Pacific Coast Highway – on our way to Malibu.

We went to the Country Market at Cross Creek Road –

Of course we had to check out the Fred Segal store

Need a ride?

Seems like the place to meet yet another poodle cross – Riggins.

But soon this L.A. visit is coming to an end. Today is our last day here – and it has been such a lovely visit. I have met so many new friends.

So one last sharing a treat with my friends Jasper and Emma – cupcakes form Sprinkles.

May’s comment: Bennett is one of the reasons I wanted to come to LA. And it has been such a treat to have met Bennett and to catch up with Melanie.

But so happy to have met so many new pooches.
