Mummy told me I had a lunch date with Mister Charlie Brown.
Well, we didn’t get off to a good start. I didn’t like his checking me out, so I told him off.
I sat on one side of the table …
While he fell asleep on the other side. Such a dog!
But we did go on a little shopping spree afterwards at Green & Stone
I went to see what his mummy bought
And he came to check me out again! Such a boy!
So this is us, our lunch date
And this summarises our relationship.
Oh, Charlie Brown, the little red head might still be your favourite.
May’s comment: We met Rodney Baldwin, the owner of Green & Stone – supplier of specialist Art Materials and Picture Framing. 
It was first established in Chelsea in 1927, and is one of the longest running shops on the popular Kings Road.
