Back in New York City and there’s no stopping us! Nikko and I went partying in downtown Manhattan!
The new Max Bone store in NYC was having a birthday celebration and we were invited.
So we got Nikko to go along! And we had a blast!
Brave little Nikko came a long way from NJ and it was his first trip to NYC.
He came in a stroller which was an interesting means of transport – 
but Mummy told me to stop being envious of it!
But that’s because he had to put on his braces as he couldn’t walk very well.
But he sure rode in taxis better than I did.
There were lots of doggies at Max Bone – all dressed for the party
But we came as we were.
Until we found the party hats!
It was a 1st birthday party for two pooches.
There was cake to be had (yes, I stole everyone else’s before they could even smell it!)
At the end of the party, the pooches were all a bit tired.
When in NYC, you need to do the social scene!
And we didn’t forget Darcy. 
We bought some Beef Bourguignon treats for her!
May’s comment: First heard about Max-Bone in LA last year. Love the store. 
We were very happy to share it with Nikko, Erin, Aarti and Claire.
More than just a Facebook friend, Nikko’s story touched our hearts and we shared his story of how he came to be with Erin. So we mutually wanted to meet given the chance that we were on the same shores.
George was a little tentative at first.
But he was good with Nikko.
It was definitely a treat to have met Nikko and Erin, and Aarti and Claire.
Claire spoilt us with sooooo many pressies.
We have met so many new friends and we’re still collating photos to share. xxx
