Time to go home

One more morning walk in the “field of dogs”
IMG_7823We discovered these fields that were just up the road from the hotel IMG_7793when Mummy looked out the window IMG_7715she saw dogs and their hoomans coming IMG_7783and going. IMG_7818It was safe for us to run around – no cows and other livestock. IMG_7825Except this lurcher kept looking at me – maybe he knows I am not from the “hood.”

There was the occasional bunny but they stayed outside of the fenced are where we dogs get to run.IMG_7832A friendly collie came up to us IMG_7790and wanted Mummy to throw his ball.IMG_7788After our morning walk, we had breakfast at the hotel IMG_7835before we resumed the last day of Cornerstone’s Writing Workshop.IMG_7843More lying around for me. More talking by the hoomans.IMG_7838These are some of the friends who were missing their dogs!

This is Jay who has a Spoodle back in Australia. She misses her doggy so I get hugs from her.IMG_7849 And Amelia has a wired fox terrier at home too. IMG_7858It was late afternoon and we went for one more bathroom relief
IMG_7854Before we were off to the station to catch our train to go home …IMG_7864As Mummy tormented me with her sandwich. What about this whole notion of sharing?

May’s comment: It has been two lovely days by the seaside as well as an inspiring time. All pumped up and ready to start writing again.IMG_7850
