After a stopover in Paris, we’re off to Stockholm. No more eight travel sectors and long train rides. Today we take a taxi to Charles de Gaulle …
We made our way to the Boarding gate – we were told I had to be in my bag. Poor Mummy had to carry me.

And then it was finally time to board the flight.
I had to siting my bag on the floor during take off and landing.
But after that I sat on Mummy’s lap and looked out of the window. Saw lots of fluffy white clouds.
Till eventually we saw lots of islands and realised that we were flying over Sweden air space.
That meant, I had to get back in my bag and sat on the floor for landing. By then my hair is all static.
When we went to collect the luggage, Mummy finally got a trolley and she put me on it. That’s better!
It was easy to find the bus to Stockholm! Forty minutes later, we met Catarina at the bus stop near her apartment.
Another travelling day.
May’s comments: France is not soooo dog friendly. We are met with the usual glances of why is there a dog here. But the most important thing was we flew together. Our first flight together in cabin. Darcy was amazing and surprised even me – she sat so still in her bag during take off and landing. She was fully aware of the noise but she wasn’t spooked in any way. Then she sat on my lap during the flight – looked out the window probably wondering why there’s no grass or objects outside the window. She sat so still on my lap for the two hours. And she felt totally at home in the bag.

Lucky you! I am surprised it worked out so well. I wonder what kind of paper you brought to make it possible to fly with miss Darcy sitting on your lap! Nobody let Trulsa even look out of her bag when we tried this with SAS. You wrote on facebook you were flying with SAS, is that correct?
Would love to hear a little more!

Hi Eva, can you send me a message via Contact?
What a delightful pictorial journal to share. You are one good looking pooch! How good you were on the plane, Of course that goes for your great behavior on land and sea as well!
Love from Judith and licks from Bennie
Happy to see that your trip was a success. I have not had the courage to fly with Zoe yet.
