Where are you?

IMG_0692

I’ve been back from the countryside now for four days  now and there’s no sign of you and Darcy?

Where are you?

Needless to say, I am a little annoyed – and I am going to tell you what I think!

May’s comment: I think it’s not a good thing to have dog-minders at home when I’m away. I’ve tried it once with Darcy and she was more anxious than calm. She couldn’t figure out why I wasn’t there and why someone else was in our home. When the friend took her out for walks, she was anxiously searching for me on the streets where we always walk and then pulled her way home just in case I was there.

This time with George, he was so annoyed after four days after being home, he went and pee’d on my bed – not just anywhere but the side where I sleep. If he needed to pee because he wasn’t;t taken out he would have pee’d on the hallway rug – as he did in the early days – nut no, this was an intentional-marking/annoyed-pee, not an accident.

George, we’ll be home soon. I’m sorry I had to leave you. 🙁

Dogs do have feelings – and they sure have an opinion.

  1. He misses you.
And wants you to know about it.
He will be so glad you are home.

  2. Oh Georgie, mummy & Darcy will be home soon. xx
I’m away too in Greece & Ruby is with Soraya but not happy either, she keeps pulling to get home on her walks & looking out the windows on my bed watching for me xxxx

  3. George is so attached to you & Miss Darcy, no wonder he is upset. He will be so happy when you two are home. I will be leaving my Luca at home with my husband while I will be gone for 7 days with my sister. I have no clue what will happen. He will be 10 months then & he is attached to me like Velcro.
