It’s been two and a half years ago since our friend Dasha Hugg made this video for us. It seems like so much time had passed.
We remember making that short film with great fondness. They were happy summer days with friends. We had so much fun running and playing in the park while Dasha filmed us and put us on the video. It was a perfect shoot. It was all about being happy!
That was even before George became a part of our lives.
May’s comment: While this is a happy little video, there is one part of it which makes me a little sad. Some time after this, Tania Obeid, one of the cockapoo mummies in the video passed away when we could not find a blood donor for her. Even when she was very ill, she was always positive, happy and thoughtful of others. Till the end she was an inspiration to all who knew her.
We think of her often. We hope she is looking at us from above and enjoying the video as much as we still do – as we know she was an angel amongst us. And she would want us to be happy.
Tania left us two years ago today. Thinking about you, Tania. We knew each other briefly but you touched my life.
