Everything about last weekend at House of Mutt’s Dog Retreat at Lucknam Park Hotel & Spa was quintessentially English!


While George has been exploring the great metropolis of New York City, I have been performing my agility skills to impress Sarah and the camera!

We woke up this morning with a sense of anticipation – Mummy’s luggage is out and what does it mean?

Sarah told me that even though Mummy’s being discharged today, I won’t be going home for another week.

Mr. Peter, my “chauffeur” had picked me up from Wimbledon Village for my holiday at House of Mutt.

I have a favourite friend from House of Mutt. His name is Hector – a yellow lab.

Didn’t take George even a nanosecond to begin to enjoy being at House of Mutt!

Jacqui took Bobby and I out for a walk at Hyde Park. Then Jacqui said – “Look Darcy, who is that?”


We were both a bit tired last night from our travels. We stayed in and went to bed early to share stories of our adventures.

There are three cockapoos at House of Mutt! Oscar, Cookie and me! They call us the Troublesome Trio!

This English Summer’s been absolutely fab! I am having fun and I know Mummy’s happy to be with Little Tyke – along with Imposter!



Hello Mummy! How are you? It’s been a very long time – the longest time we’ve been apart since we met.

So after a month at House of Mutt the time has come to go back to reality! Mummy awaits and I must go back to

Falling asleep on the swing after an afternoon of play. Bliss!

Two more days and I’ll be leaving all this behind.
